Our Story
Soucolor® was founded in 2015 by a group of artists and educators who were frustrated by the lack of affordable, high-quality art supplies on the market. As lovers of all things creative, we set out to provide creative enthusiasts of all ages with the tools they need to explore their artistic passions.
Our journey began with a small collection of colored pencils and gel pens specifically designed for adult coloring books. We saw the rise in popularity of adult coloring as an opportunity to help more people tap into the relaxing, meditative benefits of artistic expression. Our products were a hit with coloring book fans who fell in love with our rich, vibrant pigments and smooth formulations.

Our ultra-smooth colored pencils feature vivid, highly pigmented cores encased in precision-milled wood. Their soft texture and superior laydown make them ideal for coloring books, nature journaling, character design, and more. Sets are available in a spectrum of sizes from 12 to 150 pencils.
Gel Pens
These fashionable pens make writing a pleasure with their smooth ink flow, vibrant colors, and glittery metallic finishes. Our high-capacity gel formulation allows for richer coverage compared to standard ballpoints.
Dual Tip Markers
These 2-in-1 markers combine the control of fine tip pens with the coverage of broad tip markers. The sturdy nibs retain their shape through repeated use so you can achieve both crisp details and bold coloring effects.
Sketchbooks
Our sketchbooks feature textured acid-free paper that readily accepts most wet and dry media with minimal warping or bleeding. Their sewn bindings won’t fall apart even with heavy use. They come in spiral and hardcover styles in multiple sizes.
Brushes & Paints
From traditional watercolor cake sets to acrylic paint tubes and brush kits, we provide everything you need to get your painting on. Our synthetic-bristle brushes can be used for oil, acrylics, and watercolors.
Crayons
